Kuma is a rescue Pug in need of his medication and some TLC as he is separated from his bonded sibling since the winds blew open the gate. His sibling ran back home but Kuma did not. Was spotted and tracked by concerned passerby but unable to catch. PLEASE help. Reward Please !
