Description
We are seeking an outgoing and personable associate to join our team as an Administrative Sales Assistant. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, ability to handle a fast pace, and navigate an ever-changing environment. Ideal candidate would be a self-motivator, who can take a project from start to finish and ask questions when necessary.
Our practice consists of two Licensed Financial Planners/Advisors/Educators, a Practice Manager and part- time clerical staff. Our team is dedicated to our clients, is enthusiastic about their work, is detail oriented, and has a positive attitude.
Required skills include experience with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to manage our calendar appointments and seminars. Our team member should be comfortable speaking with clients, and have a willingness to learn our business systems for insurance and securities new business and document submission. Experience with a client database is helpful. Financial Service experience with insurance and investment products preferred.
