Hello. Small painting company looking for a helper/painter. Experience is not necessary - will train. Pay starts at $15 and up to $23 after trained. (bonuses also) If you are experienced, and work efficiently start at $23. You will have to show it first though. We don't do anything dangerous at all but must be able to move around and be on a 8 and 10 foot step ladder at times. (although it's 95% 4-6 feet ladders in interiors) You must be able to work in an efficient manner. Depending on how busy we are, it is full time and more if you want to work more. I provide a great work environment. We just listen to our headset and paint away. Take breaks as we need/want them. We are www.dappainters.com David Polosky Must be drug free and cannot smoke on any job site at all. (You can't leave to smoke either) Must be in reasonably good shape. (moving a ladder around, etc. can be a bit tiring) Must have a good appearance. Must be able to work Saturdays on occasion. (if you WANT to work Sunday you can) Must be at least 40 years old and be able to pass a backround check. ($25) Association rules. Male or female is ok. You must be dependable, honorable and just actually a cool person to work with. It is ok if you do not have a car. I can drive to job sites. About living quarters: it has lots of closet space, full bath, large bedroom, and an extra room (sitting room, living room, office, etc.) and a refrigerator and microwave. It has its own entrance and parking spot. Only one person can live there. $400 security to move in. $55/week rent. and 60% of electric bill. and Half of water bill. (by myself, my last electric bill was $53.00) I'm thrifty on utilities. This rent is only for someone who also is working with me. Basically, in one day you could pay your months rent...
