Residential building in Falls Church is looking for a custodian to work weekends! Offering a $200.00 bonus to any employee that stays at least 90 days! Shifts required are Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM. We are also willing to include one or two weekdays as well if candidate is interested in additional hours!! The individuals should be prepared to do manual labor both indoors and outdoors. The duties include and are not limited to: cleaning offices, bathrooms, public spaces, cleaning windows/glass, mopping and vacuum, changing bags, and removing dumpsters from trash room to outdoors dumpsters. Outdoors the duties are to keep the property clean and presentable and water plants according to the season. The work is labor intensive and requires a lot of time on your feet. It is expected for those interested to be friendly with the residents, focused and able to deliver tasks as instructed, and be able to work with coworkers.
