I need a roofer, not registered. ok..I am a homeowner who doesn't want to be ripped off by big time roofing contractors. I have a one story tile roof that needs vent leaks fixed. Overall roof needs checked. Further work may be needed. Estimates not necessary. I will pay $35.00 per hour, tax free with a four hour guarantee and a cold Bud.. My time estimate to be about two hours..
