We are currently hiring for a FULL-TIME Leasing Consultant and Maintenance Technician! LEASING - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Warmly greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community and specific apartments and answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly. QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILL SET: Must have great customer service skills Must have sales experience - ability to close the sale! Must have a positive attitude Must be willing to participate as a team member Must have a consistent work history and verifiable references Weekend availability is required MAINTENANCE - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Must be able to participate in the on-call schedule. Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving some of the following on a daily basis; Plumbing (including sewer lines), Painting, A/C and heating systems, Appliances, Water irrigation systems, Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, Tile, carpet, flooring, roofing, gutters, fasteners and Interior/exterior lights. QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILL SET: Must have great customer service skills Must have sales experience - ability to close the sale!
