Mosaic is currently looking for a highly motivated and reliable Brand Ambassador to support in an outdoor skincare pop-up Experience in Burbank, CA.   As part of our team, you will be interacting with consumers on behalf of Mosaic and our skincare client in a positive, energetic, and efficient manner. This is a fast-paced, client and consumer facing occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, bend, sample, collect consumer quotes, delivery key messaging and occasionally lift boxes of product throughout your shift.  Our ideal candidate has prior experience with skincare sampling, food/ beverage sampling and great customer service skills.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Own the zone you’re scheduled in, interact with consumers with key messaging and provide a positive experience with our client’s skincare brand · Collect a minimum of 5 consumer quotes and upload them to BookedOut · Support the Mosaic team with any set up/ replenishment tasks · Deliver extraordinary customer service to all consumers · Maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude during shifts · Follow all Mosaic and client policies and procedures · Clean sampling station to maintain sanitation standards · Complies and maintains all Department of Health, internal company and brand inspections · Maintain punctual attendance and a presentable appearance REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: · Must have completed/valid California Food Handler Certification · Valid Covid-19 Vaccine Card is preferred · Prior experience with skincare sampling preferred · Prior experience with food/beverage sampling preferred · Present fully vaccinated card upon booking. Requirement by retailer   QUALIFICATIONS: · Must be available for the entire duration of the event day as outlined by the Mosaic team · Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours) · Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds · Attention to detail, specifically when it comes to key talking points and overall consumer journey through the footprint · Excellent communication skills to convey key product or promotional messages as will be discussed during training · Ability to respond under pressure: thrive is a fast-paced environment · Must be ServSafe certified and be able to uphold all ServSafe guidelines and hold team members to the same standard · Must pass temperature check daily prior to start of shift · Clean and professional appearance · Must comply with a dress code as provided by Mosaic and our client. · All team members will need to wear PPE (mask) during activation and abide by all required safety measures   Locations: · Burbank, CA 91502   Dates/Times: · Training will be January 12th and be held in person. approx. 4 hour ( Time TBD)  · Saturday, January 15th: 9:00am-5:00pm - Must be available for training and activation dates/time Pay Rate: · $30/hour   If interested and available please send all of the following to [email protected] · An updated resume · Skincare experience/knowledge · Best Contact Information · 2 recent EVENT photos · Copy  of current Food Handlers Card Please include “LA- Skincare Launch Event” in the subject line About us: Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the US We are a reputable W2 company; payments are issued via check or direct deposit on a bi-weekly schedule (no same day cash jobs) Reliable reps will be re-hired for future work
