The ideal candidate excels in these areas: - Experience with dealing with kids or crowds of people simultaneously - Gregarious in social situations - Friendly, reliable, on-time, and responsible - Quick to find solutions in unforeseen problematic situations - Active and energetic Pay: - $75/hr to coordinate. Qualified and excellent Event Coordinators will have the opportunity to work 2 events in a day which amounts to a minimum of $300 per weekend day. - 100% of the tip you receive is yours. Our E.Cs usually make $40-80 on tip per event when they receive a tip. tip is provided once every 2, 3, or 4 events depending on the personality/performance of the Event Coordinator. -Bonus: $25 per event if you land a review with your name -Bonus: Mileage compensated for events 25 miles out of 90036 Responsibilities: -Pick up equipment from storage located near The Grove in Los Angeles (must be able to carry up to 75lb) -Drive to the event site and set up -Coordinate an activity for usually 2 hours -Break-down -Drop equipment off at the storage This is a contracting position. We provide the equipment, training, and compensate for mileage outside of 25 miles of 90036. Depending on how fast a candidate works, this routine including the drive usually takes 3-4 hours. Work is available reliably every Saturday and Sunday. We're looking for a weekend warrior who can commit at least 6 weekend days for 3 months!
