Job Summary: Provides comprehensive management of all day to day activities as it relates to operations, administration and customer service. The position plays a key role in coordinating communication between contractor and its client and participating as a partner in in their facilities management group. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interface with client management, tenant contacts and contractor staff to coordinate and execute cleaning and other projects Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met Manage work order system and expenditures, such as, labor and supplies to budget Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines Provide client management with weekly reporting on cleaning projects, periodical work and other essential tasks Lead janitorial staff by providing regular safety and job training Other projects as assigned Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years’ industry experience in corporate office janitorial operations and manufacturing critical environments. Ability to provide superior customer service Must be able to problem solve complex issues to ensure client satisfaction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with creating and managing complex budgets and managing payroll Ability to self-manage daily activities and ensure safety standards are maintained Manage and track invoices for additional services Must be flexible with work hours and schedule Preferred Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word and Excel. Strong negotiation, conflict management, time management and follow up skills Compensation: Harvard is offering a competitive salary structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
