Iso small dog

I am looking for a small mixed breed dog or puppy. Something that won't get more than 15 pounds. Needs to do well with one other large dog and kids. Male or female does not matter to me. Just want something small. My older Doberman has arthritis, so she can't handle a bigger dog jumping on her.
