Brand new cat condo which cost me $125 plus a container of cat nip that cost $10, all for $100. The cat condo came in LOTS of little parts and we put it all together which saves you a lot of time and frustration. I got it when I got a new cat, but she prefers to be outside instead of using it. She never used it so it's still brand new. It's grey material and really nice looking, you can even put it in your living room. It's hard to see, but it has 3 different cat beds and 1 enclosed box for the cat, a rope and 2 jingle balls for the cat to play with and a couple of shelves and several rough scratching areas for the cat.
