Two eight week old baby bunnies are ready to go to their new home/s. Dad is a Lion head, Mom is a Holland Lop. We would prefer for them to go together, but we are willing to separate to the right families. We do not know if they are males or females; we have tried several times to check but it is very difficult at such a young age and we are not professional rabbit breeders. The Hudson Mohawk Humane Society does low cost rabbit spay and neuter surgeries if they do go together, and one needs to be fixed to prevent litters. They have been raised indoors and handled daily by our children. They are very friendly and will make wonderful pets. They are comfortable around other animals and children. There is a firm rehoming fee of 50 dollars each, however we can work something out if you are willing to take both. Keep in mind rabbits are social animals and will be unhappy if left alone for long periods of time without other rabbits or human interaction -- no impulsive responses -- responsible pet owners only. Proof of rabbit supplies (food, hay) upon pickup.
