North Spore is seeking a full-time production worker at our mushroom cultivation supply manufacturing facility in Westbrook, Maine. The job includes a lot of repetitive manual labor, lifting up to 50 lbs, getting sawdust, grain, and manure on your shoes - great for those familiar with the pleasures of agricultural work! We all work hard all day but we also like to have fun, listen to good music, keep clever company, and get stuff done. Pay starts at $16/hr and rises to $17/hr after one month. We offer retirement benefits with no employee match required. Work is either 4 10-hr days or 5 8-hr days. This position may occasionally include work on weekends. The job is full time and year round.
