We are seeking a cleaner/assistant to join our growing team! This position offers a wide variety of different responsibilities in order to support our company and Property Management Team. Your responsibilities as a cleaner/assistant will include: doing site visits, taking pictures of potential properties, reporting, Cultivating relationships with homeowners and guests. Scheduling and managing cleanings and maintenance work. You will be assigned a book of properties that you will manage with daily and weekly reporting Compensation: $14-17/hr on a Bi-weekly base but as the role grows you also have an opportunity to take home a percentage of profit - make as much money as you want! We want the best professionals with years of experience to help us grow and expand our territory. We will need all levels of Housing Professionals as we grow; Start as a cleaner and the sky is the limit. Our business hours are Monday- Friday 10 to 4 plus some on-call work and weekends. Significant Responsibilities: Cleaning Arriving at work on time, in a clean uniform, and ready to work with supplies. Clean homes as we trained you and follow directions - Work smarter, not harder. Ability to move around well - reach, bend, stoop and kneel Be nice. Communicate effectively with everyone, at all times Check yourself! Walk-through before leaving every property. Touch up as needed Assistant Able to navigate the city of Cleveland Able to take pictures Doesn’t mind taking pictures of the interior of vacant houses Can take instructions Shopping for furniture and supplies Able to communicate effectively with maintenance men, utility company, guest and owners, sellers Scheduling pickups and drop-offs Qualifications: Hard-working - High energy - Positive attitude - Ambitious - Reliable - Trustworthy - Leadership potential is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to use your own car Previous cleaning experience, hotel cleaning a plus Be a nice person and a team player Available to work at least some weekends; we work for the tourist industry Job Description: Basic Function: Cleaning vacation properties and making them ready for the next incoming guest according to staging regulations.
