Work successfully, be friendly and accommodating with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization. • Be skilled in operating hand and electrical cleaning tools like dusters, brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners are required. • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures • High School diploma or equivalent education • Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 to 50 pounds • Stand 33%, Walk >66%, Sit <10%. Use of hands to finger, handle, rub, grip, and feel <66%. Reach above shoulders <33%, Push/pull and grasp with hands and arms 33-50%, Climb or balance <33% Stoop, Kneel, Crouch, or Crawl <33% • Janitorial or laborer experience in a facility setting is preferred *Candidates must be vaccinated, or willing to be, against COVID-19.
