I have two male ground squirrels, they’re around 10-11 months old. The one male squirrel weighs more than the other, he’s missing some patches of fur because his brother fights with him sometimes. It’s normal, I asked my vet. I can’t split them up because they’re bonded and social animals, they need each other. They will not come with their cage, I need it. They will come with all of their food, veggies and hay. Please do research before getting them. I would prefer they go to someone who has experience with squirrels. They cost over $600 at the pet store RMS. There is a rehoming fee of $400. I cannot give them the attention they need. I can’t let them out of their cage because they don’t like my cats and scare them. If you have any questions, please email me.
