ABOUT THE POSITION We’re seeking an operations professional who is ready to roll up their sleeves and lead our in-house manufacturing and fulfillment processes. Reporting directly to both the CEO and Head of Demand Planning and Logistics, you will be the leader of a warehouse team with the opportunity to design the work processes and team dynamic that supports a fast-paced, quick-growing company. In addition to supervising the production floor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts by overseeing receiving and performing data entry to keep our inventory software up-to date. You will spend half of your time being hands-on helping the warehouse team. Qualifications: • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • 2+ years of experience leading a warehouse team of 5-10 people • Computer savvy • Ability to efficiently allocate resources • Ability to lift 30 pounds Responsibilities: • Create production schedules with the insight for our Head of Demand Planning and Logistics • Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with your direct reports • Oversee accuracy for shipments going to Amazon, Rite Aid, Urban Outfitters, or directly to customers • Oversee receiving and the QC process • Maintain an organized warehouse and help us scale up our production and fulfillment capabilities • Perform weekly data entry to track inventory in our software • Perform quarterly inventory counts • Store perishable raw product based on a first in, first out principle • Supervise the production floor • Work hand-on on the production floor Bonus Points: • Familiarity with online-native brands • Experience in the cosmetics industry Benefits: • Base Salary: $24-$27/hr depending on experience • Generous paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, and paid parental leave • Health insurance 100% paid by the company • Commission on every sale (after 1 year) Work Schedule: • 40 hours per week How to Apply: • Include a resume • Answer the following questions: 1) What is your most valuable skill set? 2) Other than salary, what is the most valuable thing an employer can offer you?
