Refractory / Masonry / Brick layer
Refractory Technician:
Organization of material supplies and equipment. Demolition of refractory and insulation. Construction of Forms. Proper mixing of Castables and Mortars. Organization of work space. Proper operation of mixer, saws, hand tools
Valid Drivers License
Reliable & Responsible
Must be able to travel 2 weeks per month
Ability to work with basic tools
Ability to work with a jack hammer
Mixing Concrete
Demolition work
Read a tape measure
Organized

Work Experience Requirements
· Construction experience a Plus but not necessary
· Must know how to read a tape measure
· Masonry experience a plus but not necessary
· Must be able to Adapt and Overcome challenging situations
· Must have Drivers license and clean driving record
· Common Sense

Physical Demand:
· Standing, Walking, Sitting, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Eye-Hand Coordination, Climbing Stairs/ Ladders, Communicating, Must Wear Ear Protection, Kneeling, Crouching, Bending at Waist, Depth Perception, Field of Vision.
Physical Condition:
· Working Area: Inside/ Outside.
· Changing Temperatures
· Atmospheric Condition: Dusts
· Humidity or Damp: Dirt, Oil/ Grease
· Noise Level DB
· Protective Clothing or Personal Devices: Cramped Quarters
Mental Requirements:
· Understand & Carry out oral instruction
· Read & Carry out simple written instruction
· Read & interpret detailed prints, sketches, layouts, specifications etc.
· Use measuring devices such as tapes, gauges, rules, weight scales, where reading is direct and obvious
· Use hand power tools, non-power head tools such as hammers, wrenches, etc.
· Assemble or disassemble objects.
