We specialize in residential pest control and we treat the exterior and interior of homes, along with the attic and crawl space. We are hiring for a service technician to join our team. We offer paid training and testing for entry level applicants without a license in Washington, and we offer a sign on bonus for technicians who are licensed and experienced. About the position Being a pest control technician is a front-line role and the very heart of what we do. It’s about providing our customers with a valued service, using top of the line products and equipment. -Day to day life- A licensed tech will be placed in a company vehicle, that can be garaged at personal homes, and complete a route with 12-16 stops each day. Customer interaction is a part of the job, specifically building relationships with customers, communicating treatment plans and setting clear pest solution expectations. Technicians will be provided a company tablet to complete services with We schedule 6 days on one week, and 4 days the next. Sunday’s will always be off, and every other Monday and Saturday will be off. Commissions and bonuses are available for Customer retention, new customer sales, and referrals to the crawl-space renovation side of the company. Requirements Clean driving record and a valid driver's license Prior industry experience is great, but not required.
