Pfeifer Roofing is looking to hire 5-6 EXPERIENCED ROOFERS with a minimum of one year on the job experience. More qualified roofers will start at a higher rate of pay, while novice workers will start lower while they acquire knowledge and skills. Specific Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities of the Job: o Labor with crew to complete all aspects of jobs assigned by the company, including tear-off, repairs, installation, clean up, and other jobs as assigned. o Be prepared to do all aspects of jobs assigned by the foreman or lead as necessary for job completion. o Be on time for all shifts and ready to go at the assigned job site or shop with all personal tools and PPE. o Assist in setup and tear down of safety equipment as instructed. o Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection and others. o Participate in training and safety meetings. Attend all companywide training events. Participate in manufacturer system-specific training. o Deliver excellent quality and customer satisfaction. o Collaborate with the assigned crew and work for the benefit of all. Requirements: *Minimum one year roofing experience. *18 years old or older. *Driver’s license a plus but not required. *Eligible to work in the US. *Able to climb, bend, kneel and lift 50+lbs regularly. *Comfortable climbing ladders and on high steep roofs. No fear of heights. *Able to work in inclement weather. *Reliable transportation.
