We are working on a home remodel project and looking for a person to finish the punch list items and help coordinate the final steps of completing the project. It should be about a 60 day project for completion and the project will not be on site every day, but there are tasks that may have several days on site for a few days. So, essentially, we are flexible. For example, we need hardware installed on doors, attic stairs installed, floors refinished, drywall touch ups, fence installation, grading, landscaping, painting, closet buildout, and such things as that. Please let us know which of these items you’re more or less familiar with and comfortable with doing. We are looking for someone ultra reliable experienced, and a straight shooter. No bad habits or drama. We are looking for someone to take some of the tasks on themselves and manage the other trades already arranged. Essentially, help us take this remodel project over the finish line.
