LOST DOG. Finn is a 4 year old Pomeranian and has a heart condition and is on medication. It's very important that i get him back so he can take his medication. Finn got out of my fence from the Vue Fitzhugh apartments last night. He is a black Pomeranian weighing 8 pounds. He has a green collar on but has no tag on it. His hair is cut short. If anyone has seen him please please let me know.
