Full time LIVE IN position available at Self Storage Facility in the South East corner of Albuquerque. We are looking to hire someone or a couple for Office Customer Work and Yard Maintenance for a part time or full-time position. The hours are 7:30am-5pm, and the pay will be free rent in on site 1 bedroom apartment. - Computer Work - Accepting payments, unit rentals, gate control access. - Customer Service - Answering customer questions. - Assisting customers with the repair and maintenance of their storage unit. - Maintaining and updating customer access to their storage units. - Being very handy is a must, as there are various handyman/construction/repairs/painting tasks on a daily basis. - Making sure the yard is secure - locks/gates/fences. - Gardening maintenance. - Janitorial duties. - Communication to the front office. - PC Computer skills is a plus. We are looking for a personable, honest, hard working individual or couple who takes ownership of their job. Must be able to pass a drug test and back ground check.
