We are real estate investors that specialize in purchasing properties under market value. We are currently looking for deal finders in your area to help us generate leads that turn into actual deals. For each deal that a deal finder brings to us that we close they will be compensated between $2000 and $5000 depending on the closing price of a particular deal. For every deal sent to us we will sign a non-circumvention contract that verifies that our deal finders will be paid the agreed payment for that deal if we are able to close on it. The duties of our deal finders include finding distressed properties in up-kept neighborhoods, contacting the owners of the properties to verify that they actually want to sell, taking pictures of those properties once they are under contract, and only sending us off market deals (properties not already listed for sale online) that the owner verified that they actually want to sell.
