Steel needs refinishing. Some of the steel has been painted. Paint is provided to you. Oil based, black. The white area will be painted black. You provide the tools and labor. An angle grinder will be required to perform this work with a wire wheel where the paint is rusted. Some of the steel is new and already painted.
