Local homebuilder seeks skilled carpenter and job site supervisor. Light Framing Trim Cabinetry Light plumbing Light electrical Light HVAC This person is responsible for day-to-day punch work on new construction houses and some remodels. Days are varied. We wind up doing some of the punch work for our subs and things that do not fit into anyone's bucket. The position requires a forward-thinking, detail oriented person who can handle multiple tasks independently. Ability to read plans a must. Extensive experience in home building / remodeling required. The right candidate will be level-headed, organized, smart and hard-working. Basic tools required.
