Make Ready Technician – North and South Austin Apply Today- Work Tomorrow The Liberty Group is HIRING a Make Ready Tech to start immediately for North and South Austin Luxury Apartment Communities. Make Ready technicians prepare units for property move-ins and help to make sure that the property maintains a comfortable condition for its residents. We are currently looking for full time and part time Make Ready Technicians with experience working on at an apartment complex. Responsibilities of Make Ready Technician: • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. • Service basic electrical and plumbing needs of a property. This may include working on garbage disposals, ceiling fans, replacing toilets and light fixtures. • Perform pool and spa maintenance. • Assist maintenance team with general maintenance. • Clean and maintain the property grounds. • Provide residents with outstanding customer service. • Follow company procedures regarding safety and emergencies. • Experience with painting (by roller/spray rig) Make Ready Technician Requirements • Working experience at an apartment complex. • Ability to multi-task. • Ability to pass a nationwide background check. • Ability to work well with a team. • Must be able to bring their own tools to job site. • Have a valid driver’s license. • Have reliable transportation.
