Contractors Employment is seeking employees and off-duty Wildland Fire Fighters to use your skills on construction sites. Most work is entry level. Pay starts at $17 and up. Work can be long term or short term. You choose. We are flexible. Your skills are needed! *Example Tasks on sites include but are not limited to: -Using hand and power tools. -Using multiple types of saws, hoses, shovels, blowers, chippers, mowers, spreaders, fencing, -Moving materials: tools, bales of straw, hoses, tree branches, ground cover, yard and tree debris. -Work with wood, stone/rock, hay/straw, mulch, plants, sod, pavers, grass and more. -Must be able to do physically demanding work in all types of terrain in all types of weather. Most work starts at 6:30 or 7 AM. Types of companies you will work with. -Soil Erosion Control -Landscape construction and reconstruction of outdoor spaces. -Retaining Wall Stone Construction & Prep -Tree Service companies as Groundwork only -Landscape Maintenance: Mow Blow & Edge -Fence Installation. -Drilling Assistant. -Mason Assistant. -Concrete Labor. -Carpenters Helper Apply in person 8 AM to 3 PM Monday thru Thursday.
