Wanted: Yard and Garden/Landscape help for house flipping/home renovation company Supervisor is a master gardener and experienced landscaper/designer. Your experience level with landscaping/planting should be medium/moderate or more. More experience will mean better pay. Hours are flexible. 3 to 4 days a week or more depending on hours per day. You should be able to: · Utilize shovels rakes and machines such as tiller, edger and leaf blower · Ensure accurate installation of plant materials, gravel, mulch and other landscape items. · Able to take notes and communicate · Able to calculate basic math, listen and give feedback · Able to work in Texas temperatures ranging from 50 degrees to 105 degrees · Strong attention to detail. · Able to work on multiple sites · Able to lift or drag 50 to 75 lbs. · Working knowledge of required tools per property PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the contractor is regularly required to stand, sit, kneel, reach with hands and arms; feel with fingers, stoop, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The contractor is regularly required to sit, walk, drag etc. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50-75 pounds. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment is usually residential but sometimes commercial job sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to medium but may occasionally be loud. This position description may not list all duties for this position. The contractor may be asked to perform other duties. You'll be hired as a 1099 contractor with option of part time to occasionally more hours. The pay scale for this job is 18 to 26 dollars per hour. You must have your own transportation. It is very helpful if your transport is a truck or van that allows you to pick up plant materials, mulch etc. You will receive money for gas/mileage when you utilize your vehicle. This gig will be generally a minimum of 20 to 30 hours per week but could be more.
