You are doing the right thing. Saving your family is the most important thing you can do. I'm being faced with a similar situation and will have to make a decision very soon. I have had enough of the ridiculous 'mandate' threats, suffocating taxes(a.k.a. redistribution of the wealth), Marxist Critical Race Theory, a country with no borders, a broken school system, etc... I don't blame you. I will be saying good riddance to the left/woke/snowflake/democrat/Socialist/communist vermin too. My family also deserves better.
Watching the precipitous decline of the country over the last year has been interesting. President Putin is having a 'Come to Jesus meeting' with Biden today. I'm sure Putin will tell Biden to not try any shenanigans with the Ukraine, or risk complete and total destruction. President Xi has already had a similar conversation with Joe.
In the grand scheme of things you only had a middle size business, but every business that leaves the country shows how far off track the United States has gone recently.
