Hello and I hope you find this. Its a shot in the dark but you were looking at me in JC Penny. I (male) was coming back from the bathroom and you (female) turned and gave me a very nice smile. I didn't think anything of it at the time but then I started to think about it and thought I should have stopped and at least said HI. Yes we are both older but I write for I don't get very many chances these days to meet someone.
