Hi, I am Jeremy and in the process of slowly renovating my house and a project house. I am currently wanting to start on finishing up some painting and renovating the first floor of my house. The skills you must have is being is skilled in painting. Many people say they are good at painting but really arent so you must be a skilled painter. If you are good at drywall or have any other skills that is a bonus because theres plenty of other work besides painting. I have various construction projects so if it works out it could be a lot of work. I am flexible on how much or when you worked.
