Senior Beagel needing home asap

Recently adopted from WCAS so he's up to date, neutered etc., unfortunately a few days after adoption life threw us a curveball we were not expecting and I cannot keep him. I also cannot bare to see him back at the shelter. He is a GOOD BOY, he's house broken, QUIET (literally haven't heard him make a peep) and appears to be very friendly albeit submissive to neighbors dogs. Fine with children. I don't know if he's ever been around cats. I'm not asking a rehoming fee but I would like to know where he is going and check references.
