WE DON'T PAY CASH. ONLY CHECK. Handyskilled is a Logan Square Handyman company looking to hire someone to work with us. We have a number of on-going projects, so we'd like to create good relationships with skilled laborers as we move forward. The ideal candidate will be scheduled to work with a mixture of new and recurring customers. You will need to assess the amount of time projects will require. Projects can range from installations, including-- tile, stone, vanities, fixtures, flooring, acrylic, light drywall, and light plumbing -- to electrical and hardware installations. In this role, attention to detail and quality is extremely important. Must have the ability to problem solve as unforeseen issues arise during a project and must be able to interact with other trade contractors to complete a project. The ability to professionally interact with homeowners and provide them with a great experience is a requirement. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Remodeling and Construction industry. Job Requirements: * Custom tile and marble installation experience * Electrical experience * Drivers license and reliable transportation * Owns Toolset * Professional with customers * Reliable Required Skills: + Framing + Drywall + Painting + Windows + Doors + Plumbing (Copper, PVC, and Cast Iron Installation) + Faucet replacement + Electrical + Tile Installation + Trim and finish carpentry + Cabinet Installation + Basic Exterior Work *Please provide any pictures of your recent work if you have any.* WE ARE INTERESTED ONLY IN EMPLOYING A TEAM MEMBER- NO SUBCONTRACTORS!!!!!
