Homeowners' Association (HOA) Large Apartment Complexes Condos Private Communities/ Gated Communities Why Work For Us? *EmpireWorks will provide all major equipment equipment and tools necessary to perform the job. *Jobs are located throughout Orange County and the Los Angeles County area. *40 hours a week -- Pay on a weekly basis. Requirements: *Experience in painting with rollers, brushes, while on ladders. *Willing to work hard and in a very safe manner. Including COVID safety protocols. *Ability to move 5-gallon buckets, ladders and any other painting equipment needed. *Willing to work outside as all painting duties are performed outdoors. *Able to provide documents to work in the United States. *Transportation will not be provided, so you must be able to get to the job site or get a ride from some other coworker or friend to the job site. *Must have a great attitude and strong work ethic. *Must be friendly and able to work with others as a team.
