This gig job is 15-20 hours part-time per week until completed. Need one person who can, among other things, organize "garage" type of stuff and tools, including separating tools of all kinds, nails, screws, and so forth, including those items for remodeling home, discarding items of little to no value, and general work of that kind. This job will also include packing and repacking items, as we go along, organizing and preparing the home for move-out remodel. Should also have some handyman skills, operating drills, sanders, and so forth, as needed. Must not be afraid of dogs as have two big Shar-Pei dogs. Must be able to speak English. Must have "verifiable" references. Must have valid CDL.
