TMS America, an employment agency is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) for a client located in El Monte, CA. This is position is full-time and direct-hire. Location: El Monte, CA Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 5:00PM to 1:30AM (OT may apply) Compensation: $17.75/HR ~ (DoE) + benefits Applicants must have at least 1 year of general warehousing and forklift experience. Job duties include: • Pick and assemble customer orders as indicated on the pick list • Coordinate with manager and salespersons to assemble urgent deliveries to customers • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service • Participate in weekly warehouse meetings • Conduct daily stock checks and report out of stock inventory to management • Partake in warehouse upkeep and ensure the stockroom is clean and organized • Transport inventory between warehouses via delivery van • Complete deliveries as back up delivery driver when needed • Document, record, and complete driver log when making deliveries • Attend semiannual inventory count on designated day, possible on a weekend • Provide logistics support for company events and functions outside of normal working hours • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Must have at least 1year of general warehousing experience • Past experience with forklift is required • Ability to handle and move heavy objects frequently • Availability to work weekends, holidays and overtime when needed • Has and maintains a clean driving record • Maintains a positive attitude • Works efficiently independently and within a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills To apply, please reply to this post with your resume or fax it to (310)328-0865.
