Volt Workforce Solutions (Irvine Branch) is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance and Porter Workers to start as soon as this week. Pay is $18-20/hr based on experience. Duties for Maintenance/Service Techs: - Patching drywall as needed - Clean and paint vacated apartment units - Installing new appliances if needed - Replacing door knobs locks - Minor Plumbing jobs - Other minor maintenance duties as needed Duties for Porters & Janitors: - Janitorial duties - Clean common areas and take out trash - Maintain restrooms and laundry areas - Sweeping - Grounds keeping Requirements -1 - 2 years recent janitorial, housekeeping or porter experience - Must be able to consent background check and drug test Please call 949-282-1010 or text "Apartments" if you are interested.
