College Student? Semester Break? Other person seeking temporary assignments or supplemental income? Real Estate Investor/Property Manager with an abundance of projects from Fontana to West Covina seeks intelligent hard working person who is willing to do physical labor such as painting, cleaning, landscape and other minor property repairs, plus errands and other tasks between now and January 8, 2022. Prior experience doing home repairs a big plus, but this job could also be an opportunity to learn some skills you do not already have. Scheduling will be somewhat flexible but must be dependable and expect to work 8 or more hours on a given assignment or assignments. Must have own transportation, mileage will be paid for some assignments. Pay will be negotiated based on the task but could be as high as the equivalent of $25.00 per hour.
