Portland Hospital Services Corporation, healthcare laundry service in NE Portland is seeking a Production Supervisor. Position is responsible for coordinating subordinates' daily tasks, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees, collaborating with production management team to make fiscally responsible decisions in service of customers, managing company's attendance policy, coaching and developing employees, ensuring that ensuring that customers' orders are delivered on time, holding employees accountable to company policies and procedures, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned by Production Supervisors and/or Managers. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Good communication skills – written and verbal. Ability to read and comprehend Policies and Procedures. Command of English strongly preferred.
