Seeking part time laborer and/or maintenance person to work on residential construction projects as well as in rental properties. Candidate must have basic construction skills and own a vehicle. Duties consist of demo, site cleanup, property cleanup, moving materials, property maintenance and various other tasks. Having your own truck and some tools would be beneficial.
