Short/fun introductory class to Kinstretch and what mobility training is. How you can Benefit from it. And everything you need to know how.
How well do you move? Do you experience chronic stiff joints, muscles, spasms and aches? The kind that doesn't resolve, or improve with massage, cupping or other modalities? Old nagging injuries?
You'll learn the exercises to help you strengthen your joints/muscles and get personally coached through them. So, you can feel confidant you're getting the max results/benefits for your efforts.
During class there will be a huge amount of info, and that's hard to absorb, in such a short time. To help you retain the material and solidify the habits, class will be recorded.
Students/participants will be emailed a link to the recorded class attended. So that the material is there if it needs to be referred back to. Cheers to your health friends.
