Gentle Yoga and Essential Oils

Join us for 30 minutes of Gentle Yoga followed by making 2 essential oil rollers. There is room for 10 vaccinated participants. We will spend 30 minutes exploring gentle and grounding movement. Following our practice we will make two 5ml essential oil rollers that you will get to take home! Different combinations of scents will be offered for participants to choose from. All supplies for the rollers will be provided. This practice is open to all levels of practitioner. Refunds: Please cancel no later than 24 hours in advance. We are not able to provide refunds or credits for late cancellations. If new to the studio you must bring proof of full vaccination to be admitted to class. Entrance: Walk through the parking lot to the back of the building to the double doors to enter the studio. Yoga in Del Ray is a small yoga studio, located in the Del Ray Psych & Wellness building at 1900 Mt. Vernon Ave. We believe in whole body, mind, and spirit wellness, so proof of vaccination is required to attend. (Please bring a photo of your vaccine card to your first class). Only ten spaces are available in each session, so please register in advance. All levels and abilities are welcome!
