Our next Medianoche release features the FIRST in a new series dedicated to serious bourbon, and also the perfect holiday breakfast bottle. Mark your calendar for Saturday, December 11 at 10am when tickets go on sale! Medianoche Antique: SAZ Medianoche Antique: SAZ marks the launch of a brand new Medianoche series designed to showcase some of the rarest and most sought-after casks we have ever procured. For this inaugural entry we started with a special Rye Medianoche base recipe, incorporating caramel rye, chocolate rye and malted rye into the mash bill to complement the real star of the show—Sazerac Rye 18 Year-Old barrels. These casks, which were selected as part of the 2019 BTAC releases, were first used to age the famed Sazerac Rye Whiskey for 18+ years before they were emptied and immediately filled with Rye Medianoche. After more than 26 months in barrels, MA:SAZ expresses notes of cinnamon roll icing, dark chocolate covered espresso beans, Luxardo cherry cordials, orange blossom honey and star anise spice cake. Available in 500 mL bottles to-go for $26 each, limit 2 per person Blueberry Pancake Medianoche Blueberry Pancake Medianoche started as a batch of Medianoche aged for 23-27 months in a blend of freshly emptied 6 year-old Weller wheated bourbon barrels and 5 year-old MGP high rye bourbon barrels. To complement the notes of blueberry jam, maple candies, vanilla sugar, candied pecans and baking spices imparted by the barrels, we conditioned the finished beer with blueberry puree, Grade A maple syrup, Madagascar and Mexican vanilla beans and a touch of cinnamon. Available in 500 mL bottles to-go for $28 each, limit 2 per person Both bottles will be available exclusively through Eventbrite. Tickets must be exchanged for bottles in person at the brewery between Friday, December 17 and Sunday, December 26 during taproom hours. We will be holding very strictly to this window, so please mark your calendars appropriately. Tickets will go on sale promptly at 10:00 AM MST on Saturday, December 11. Be sure to read all of the details below before purchasing tickets! Ticket Details Individuals must be 21 or older to purchase tickets, as verified by a valid photo ID at the time of ticket exchange (bottle pickup). Proxies picking up orders for others are allowed for this release and must be 21 or older. Proxies DO NOT NEED to be listed or named in advance, but they must present the original purchaser's Eventbrite tickets (printed or digital) when picking up orders. There is a strict limit of 5 proxy pickups per person (their own order excluded).Each ticket entitles the patron to redeem (1) one 500 mL bottle of the bottle listed on the ticket. There is a strict limit of (2) two bottles of Medianoche Antique: SAZ and (2) two bottles of Blueberry Pancake Medianoche. One ticket = one bottle redemption, so a full allocation requires the redemption of (4) four tickets. Additional orders placed that exceed the stated limits will be canceled without notice.Tickets must be exchanged for bottles in person at WeldWerks Brewing Co. (508 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631) between Friday, December 17 and Sunday, December 26. Tickets (either digital or printed) must be presented in person in order to receive bottles. All unclaimed bottles remaining after the pickup window will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO PICKUPS ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE STATED WINDOW.
