Come help make the Elizabeth River a cleaner and healthier place for all by participating in a litter clean up! Our clean up's are held every first Saturday of the month at 4200 Colley Avenue in Norfolk. Our mission is to restore the Elizabeth River to the highest practical level of environmental quality through government, business, and community partnerships.
