An inspiring Client-Exclusive event where you will hear new ideas and out-of-the-box thinking, meet like-minded peers, connect with old friends, and get mentally prepared for taking your business to a new level in 2022. The “Retreat” will be a mix of fun social activities, world class presentations, and ample networking with the leaders in our industry. Monday January 10th. 3pm - 5pm - Tour of the famous Preservation Hall with a private performance by the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, with drinks and appetizers! This is a completely unique experience! Evening - On your own to go to dinner - with old and new friends - at one of New Orleans' world class restaurants. Make your reservations early! Tuesday, January 11th 8 to 9am - Networking Breakfast 9am to 12 noon - Presentation and Conversation with Jeffrey Scott and Mike Haynes, owner of the The Loving Companies. Mike Haynes grew his business to 80M over twenty years and will share a behind the scenes look into what it takes to build a “fast growth” company. It’s not luck, rather it is a combo of smart decisions and hard work. Mike leads from his head and his heart, giving back profits to his employees and donating profits to many charities. So his motivation is not about the money, rather it is what can be done with the money. You don’t want to miss this. The “presentation and conversation” will end with an exercise to make sure you ’take home specific ideas’ along with your inspiration. 12 to 1pm - Networking Lunch. 1pm to 4pm - "Out of the Box” presentations and conversations from two of your peers. Matt Hiner from Hiner Outdoor Living, Colorado Springs will share his out-of-the-box approach to recruiting and marketing with his use of videos on social madia; he employs a full time videographer on staff. Matt is fully booked with employees and customers, turning both away due to his success with this novel approach. Marcus Kerske from Gardens of Babylon, Nashville, TN will share his out of the box approach to staffing using international full time remote employees from around the world, who handle myriad front and back office jobs from accounting and finance to phone receptionist and more. His company is scaling fast and highly profitable in part due to this out of the box approach. 5pm to 6pm - A light, fun reception to say farewell. This Executive Retreat will include both structured and unstructured networking, to help you maximize your value and sharing with high caliber peers.
