Low Voltage Tech Company seeking experienced commercial construction tech with experience in the following to assist with integration of our equipment on commercial job-sites: Drilling and mounting heavy hardware into concrete ceiling slabs. Drilling, mounting and securing hardware onto wall studs. Installing kindorf, conduit and pull strings. Cutting in and mounting of devices onto or into sheetrock. Cutting in ceiling mounted devices into sheetrock. Repairing sheetrock. Drilling cutouts into woodwork. Assembly of equipment, lifting, climbing ladders, operating lifts. Must have previous experience, clean work and attention to detail required, must have own tools and be available for work in Manhattan.
