Established basement waterproofing company seeks foreman and/ or experienced ambitious laborers who are ready to have a leadership position. We invite qualified individuals to bring their knowledge and skills to our company in a dual capacity role. First you will be a lead service technician who will meet with our existing customers to trouble shoot maintenance / warranty issues and to offer effective solutions. Also to be able to perform basic services (install / replace sump pumps and battery systems, flush outs and basic piping) When not on service, this position would serve as a foreman, to lead a crew to install our basement systems in both residential and commercial properties. To be responsible to direct and work along side a crew to prep and load trucks with required materials, drive to the job sites and prep the sites for install. Using Jackhammers and other hand tools we install pipe, stone, sumps, pumps and finish concrete work in order to complete jobs in a timely and clean manner. Will train our our method. Must have a valid drivers license and have or be willing to obtain a Mass. DOT card. Must be able to move, lift and carry 90 lbs. without assistance repeatedly. Must be able to communicate with customers and employees, as well as read and understand job plans. We desire, although not necessary - forklift certification, hydraulic license. Pay commensurate with experience. Overtime is customary, not guaranteed. We have been in business for 40 years and a proven leader in the industry.
