Property Management firm in Westchester County looking for a HANDYMAN/MAINTENANCE PERSON for Yonkers area location. Experience & knowledge of electrical installation/maintenance, as well as basic plumbing repairs, general carpentry, painting and door hardware installation. Ability to find a way to FIX ANYTHING Plumbing and construction experience a MAJOR PLUS Rewiring, polishing, electrical work, cosmetic touch ups of fixtures Repainting, buffing, and floor waxing Lawn maintenance (watering and cutting grass) Removing snow and ice from sidewalks. Ability to disassemble, clean, rewire and overall building maintenance a must. Repairing interior and exterior of the building or apartments. Sweep, trash removal, conduct inspections, operate tools, paint, use of compound Must speak English and Spanish. Own tools Job will require meeting weekly with Property Manager to go over improvements on the building.
