Hiring Production Crew & Maintenance Workers for the Ice Rink at Brooklyn Commons Park! An energetic and positive attitude, attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, time management, and the ability to multitask are all essential qualities. Duties & Responsibilities: *Loading, unloading, and setup of equipment and materials. *Environmental services and maintenance of the facility as required for daily operations. *Maintenance of all storage areas. *Inventory of all items including production, cleaning, and operational supplies. *Efficient usage of all available equipment and materials. Qualifications: *The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is required. *Must be able to work nights and weekends if required. *Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. *Flexibility - The overall expectation from every employee is to be a part of a unified team. Team members assist with all aspects of daily operations, when and where required. *Discipline – All team members are expected to adhere to a strict dress code, and be well groomed at all times. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through with all required tasks. *Communication – Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills are required in dealing with guests and fellow team members. *Punctuality – Team members are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their shift, and be properly attired and ready to work at the beginning of their shift.
